14/12/2023 11:04:02 The supplier’s core engineering teams along with our field resources have reloaded the impacted equipment to restore service. The issue is now resolved and the fault will be marked as resolved. Mear Technology would like to thank everyone for their patience during this disruption. |

14/12/2023 07:17:13 The supplier has advised they are experiencing an issue with their Core router and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. A field engineer is on the way to the site to perform further diagnostics in collaboration with their IOC team. The next update will be provided in 02 hours. |
14/12/2023 05:22:03 The supplier has advised that a Major Service Outage within their network currently affects this service. Their initial analysis shows the issue impacts service in Western and Eastern Scotland regions. This is currently under investigation. We will keep you informed and updated on developments.
