Tutorial: 3CX v15 having a quick web meeting (Windows)

The following tutorial shows how to initialise an instant web meeting using 3CX V15.

First open your 3CX Phone for Windows. At the bottom of the screen you will find the following icons. Click the “Start a 3CX Webmeeting Now icon” (highlighted).

This will open a unique link in your browser and auto login you.

Once logged in you can invite participants in to the meeting using one of the following methods:

1.  Click the Link button and email the participant. Clicking the link icon will copy the unique meeting URL to your clipboard allowing you to send it to your client
   
2. Send an email invitation. Click the + symbol beside the word Attendees
   
   This will launch a form that allows you to invite multiple parties to the webmeeting
   
   Once you have added all participants click OK and they will all receive a meeting invite with instructions on how to join the meeting.
