Celebrating 10 years in business
On 8th August 2011, Mear Technology was established to provide IT support to small and medium sized businesses across the central belt of Scotland. We are proud to announce that today marks 10 years of trading.
Building the business has had its challenges, but none more so, than facing an epidemic, economic upheaval, and social difficulties. I don’t think anyone could have predicted what turbulent and unsettling times we would face over the past 18 months. I am pleased that our customers made it through this far and that we can see some light at the end of the tunnel and am hopeful for a more stable 2022!
We are extremely grateful to all our clients, old and new, but especially those long-standing customers who have supported us from the beginning. We have shared in many of your own success stories and look forward to being a part of many more. We have and do endeavour to deliver the best possible service and fair pricing, and will continue with this effort, whilst providing friendly, efficient and professional services.
Over the years, there have been many achievements and 2021 saw Mear Technology move to larger business premises. It has felt great to be able to provide a more suitable space and overall improved working environment for the Mear Technology team. Our team is invaluable their talent, knowledge and passion for IT is the beating heart of the company. Every day is a pleasure to work with these skilled specialists and the business would not be where it is today without them.
At the start of Covid-19 we rolled out our new Mear Technology Helpdesk, with overall feedback being greatly positive. In order to continually provide improvements to our internal development, there have also been several other changes behind the scenes, all of which, have been part of a full system overhaul to enhance and optimise the support we provide. We will be unveiling further enhancements offering our customers a unique interface and single point of engagement via our bespoke helpdesk. Watch this space!
