It’s fair to say that 2019 has been a difficult year for business and for life. A plethora of tools have been many business saving graces. Tools like Teams and zoom have allowed small business to  adapt and adjust.

I am sure that if you are reading this post you have had a scenario when you have had to send several emails to multiple emails on when you can all get together. Luckily Microsoft have released a free tool to Office 365 business and Office 365 educational license customers that solves this dilemma.
